Recreational soccer is accepting registration forms for our waitlist.

Waitlist players will be placed on a team if that division still has openings. Please send in your registration form and $150 payment to our PO Box. You will be contacted by the coach Aug. 7. Practices will start August 11th and the games will begin September 6th.
Please mark you calendars! Opening Day/Picture Day is scheduled for August 23rd!

All checks can be made payable to "Carlsbad Wave Soccer"

When sending in your form, please include:

1. Registration Fee
2. Copy of birth certificate IF player has not played in our league in the last 2 years
3. Your Application can not be processed until we receive all forms.

Players registered after 7/01/08 will be placed on a wait list.

Returned checks and refunds subject to $25.00 fee.
